FCC Environment is one of the UK’s leading waste and resource management businesses – and part of a global environmental services group with a presence in 55 countries.
We have been providing a wide range of brand and marketing communications advice and services since the creation of this new UK company in 2012 from the merger of two separate waste management businesses.
Our initial challenge was to create a distinctive brand proposition that positioned FCC Environment as a dynamic, innovative business at the forefront of the waste management sector to customers and employees alike.
Our answer was an approach that to bring the expertise and technology FCC Environment offers in five key areas of business waste solutions, municipal waste solutions, recycling, green energy and waste processes to the fore with a distinctive graphic solution and an overarching proposition of ‘from waste to resource’
We have rolled out the brand and position across a wide variety of targeted marketing communications, promoting FCC Environment’s expertise in developing and delivering bespoke solutions, dealing with the diverse waste management requirements of both local authorities and businesses alike. The brand and collateral has help drive significant growth as “new entry” to the highly competitive business market and consolidated the company’s reputation as major provider of municipal services
In addition, we have developed marketing collateral dealing with specialist areas such as hazardous waste and food waste , informed by our own award-winning Love Food Hate Waste consumer campaigns. We have also created internal communications pieces, accessible for office-based and on-site staff alike, to keep employees fully engaged as the business goes from strength to strength.
