Teva - The Source

Teva, a global pharmaceutical company specialising in generic and branded medicines, has embarked on an exciting new phase and with it, launched a new set of strategic objectives and priorities.

We’ve been working with the company’s European division to revamp and roll out one of its key internal communication channels – the Teva Europe magazine – to better engage middle managers in 29 countries across the continent.

To make this quarterly publication less of a magazine and more a management tool – something that would really prompt staff to take action and help them embed the new strategy within their own teams and departments – we created a dynamic new electronic communication platform.

The Source not only contains engaging content but also clear and actionable ‘to do’ lists. Its flexible, responsive format and interactive features invite readers to get involved in other ways too, creating a real community to help drive change across the business.

As well as writing and designing it, we developed and built the digital platform, designed associated communications such as teaser emails, and created a bespoke stats package to monitor click-throughs, so that future editions can be amended to maximise impact.

After just two issues, total number of visitors had reached almost 850, with 3,787 total page visits.
